List and track all your estimates
Enter basic Bid info, dates and contact.
Select a Status for each Bid
This indicates if its next up, in progress, completed or awarded.
Enter Values
Once submitted, enter the Bid value and date.
Get Reports
Custom reports from data entered in the list including total submissions, values estimated and for who. Or anything else you would like to track.
Link to files
I use predictive pathing to instantly link to files and folders specific to each Bid.
Store your Contacts
Keeping a list of your contacts and info in one spot allows us to pull that data automatically into other workbooks and files, so you just enter it once.
